At Lake Mats we stand behind our products 100%. So, if you are not pleased
with your purchase for any reason, simply ship it back to us within 30 days of
receipt for a full refund of your purchase price (this does not include your
original shipping and handling fees). Please note,
some items have specific return directions. Read below for details.
Directions for Returns
We must receive your returned purchase within 30 days of receipt in order to
issue a refund. The final date by which we must receive your return is listed
on the packing slip that is sent along with your order.
After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund,
we will credit the approved refund amount to the credit card used to purchase
the returned item(s). We do not accept COD returns of any kind.
Returning General Merchandise
- Choose the appropriate
"reason for return" code from the list of return codes on the
packing slip. Please write your "reason for return" code in the
proper section on the packing slip.
- Peel off the Return Label on
the front of the packing slip for use on your package. Note: This address
label is not postage paid by Lake Mats.
- Pack up the merchandise you
are returning, including the original packing slip. All returned items
must be in their original purchase condition including the original
product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty
cards, manuals and all accessories. All packages, including the
original manufacturer's containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in
any manner. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be
returned individually. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be
sent back to you and no refund will be issued.
- Affix the Return Label from
the packing slip to your package. Ship your return package using the
carrier of your choice. For your protection, we recommend you insure your
package against loss and request delivery confirmation.

- Once we receive your returned
merchandise, we will credit your credit card account with the full
purchase price of the returned item, excluding shipping and handling
charges.
Returning CDs, DVDs & Software
Follow the directions for returning general
merchandise above. CDs, DVDs & Software must be in their original, unopened
packages to be accepted for return. In addition, items purchased as part of a
set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually.
Late Returns
We must receive your returned merchandise by the
return date indicated on the front of your packing slip. Items received after
the 30-day return period will be rejected, and your package will be returned to
you. Should we receive the same late return package a second time, we will keep
the merchandise and no credit will be issued.
Exchanges
To exchange a product you have purchased at Lake Mats, please return the item
you received, following the directions above, and place a new order for the item you would
like. Because products have limited availability and can sell out at any time, we recommend
that you place your new order as soon as possible.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If you believe a product was shipped in error from Lake Mats, turns out to be
defective, or was damaged in transit, contact us at steve@lakemats.com
